Handmade trinket created by imprinting a real robusta ficus leaf into the clay. Each piece is carefully shaped to follow the organic curves and form of the original leaf, complete with the delicate stem detail that serves as a functional handle.
The surface showcases a stunning oxidised green glaze that mimics the natural patina of aged copper, with beautiful variations of earthy brown tones emerging throughout. The glaze pools and breaks organically across the leaf’s textured surface, highlighting the impressed veining and creating depth that emphasises the botanical imprint.
